APDA syllabus
WHAT IS APDA?
The Australian Physie and Dance Association (APDA) is an exciting combination of dance and physie, creating an inclusive environment that welcomes people of all genders and ages to participate in a supportive community. In a social and physical environment we strive to achieve fitness, mental well-being and to obtain results in our competitions at all levels. Members learn 4-6 choreographed routines throughout the year, each with its own specific skill-set and focus on movement, musicality, technique, performance, flexibility, cardio and strength - all in one class! APDA works with professional dance choreographers and physie choreographers to deliver an entertaining and challenging syllabus each year.
The APDA syllabus is designed by top choreographers and new routines are provided each year. APDA’s vision is to help students express their creativity through an innovative interpretation of movement and music.
