APDA Physie is a combination of Jazz, Ballet, Lyrical, Contemporary & traditional physical culture. Under the guidance of Australia’s finest creative Physie & Dance instructors and choreographers, APDA has created an innvoative dance sport which aims to bridge the gap between Physie & the world of contemporary dance
A new syllabus is choreographed each year for the various ages and all members attend classes to learn routines from February through November each year to master the skills and technique of APDA Physie!
